Elena Tishin, Liora Altshuler — violin. Evgenia Oren — viola. Dmitri Golderman — cello. The concert will present the special story of a violin built by Giuseppe Dall'Aglio and played today by the orchestra's violinist Elena Tishin. Through works by Beethoven, Rossini, Mendelssohn, Kreisler and others, we will trace the journey of the violin from Mantua, Italy, 200 years ago, to its arrival at the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, courtesy of Zubin Mehta.
