Latecomers will not be admitted. The local elections are approaching, and the long-serving incumbent mayor, Moshe Schwartzman, is worried: he has no rival to run against him. Without a rival, there's no impressive campaign, and without a campaign, the donors' wallets don't open. On top of that, people are already mocking him as a dictator, while he insists that democracy is a supreme value in his eyes. So what do you do? To create the impression of a competitive and fair election, you have to invent a fictitious candidate — one whose "family will simply vote for him, and even they'll hesitate first." And when Ilana the cleaning lady walks into the office and starts scrubbing every corner, it's immediately clear to everyone: we've found the ideal candidate. Her name is Ilana — and she didn't come just to clean, she's here to stay! A sharp and heartwarming comedy about a determined woman who isn't afraid of dirt — and even sees it as just another challenge. Clean the Head – a comedy by Ilan Hatzor. Directed by: Mor Frank.
