Country: Netherlands/Belgium/France 2026 Director: Mariëlle d'Ansembourg Cast: Caolán O'Gorman, Andrew Howard, Elsa Savage, Safiya Benaadi ⏱ Running time: 102 minutes 🌐 Language: English 💬 Subtitles: English and Hebrew Haifa Film Festival. Alex is a quiet, introverted teenager hiding a secret - he works as a cameraman on the porn channel his father runs. Business is weak, the two leave London and move to a sleepy seaside town, and Alex hopes for a new start. Then, at school, he meets an independent, uninhibited girl named Nina, who changes his outlook on the world. Everything Alex thought he knew about sexuality and desire begins to change. The debut film by Dutch director Mariëlle d'Ansembourg generated considerable interest at its premiere screening in Berlin. D'Ansembourg chose to shoot the film in Britain, authentically (one of the actresses is a porn actress, and the entire cast, including the young performers, are over 18), and presents a bold, honest and sensitive coming-of-age drama about the search for human connection and the longing for intimacy. Please note - the film contains scenes of a sexual nature. 102 minutes, English, subtitles in English and Hebrew.
