A father takes his soldier son to a remote military base; as they part, anxiety takes hold of him โ what if he never sees him again? The father, a man in his mid-fifties, plants himself by the base's fence, refusing to move, as if that alone could protect his son's life. His own life, too, is "stuck," and he must make decisions that will set it moving again. Meanwhile, chance visitors come to him, offering support or a tangible gift, understanding what's in his heart. A "road movie" that never leaves the parking lot, with an ending meant to be far better. 103 minutes, Hebrew, Hebrew subtitles.
