Country: France, 2026 Director: Sarah Arnold Cast: Alexis Manenti, Ella Rumpf, Vincent Dedienne โฑ Running time: 95 minutes ๐ Language: French ๐ฌ Subtitles: Hebrew and English Haifa Film Festival. In a rural region of northern France, herds of hungry wild boars are destroying the crops. The farmers are in despair, but members of a local, prestigious hunting club are actually pleased, and make a habit of feeding the boars between hunts. Baron, a farmer on the verge of bankruptcy, reaches his breaking point, attacks the club's president, and disappears. A year later, Polda, a hot-tempered Corsican police officer, arrives on the scene. He begins investigating the events together with Stรฉphanie, a police psychologist with demons of her own. What they uncover will exceed all imagination. The spirit of the Coen brothers hovers over the debut film by Sarah Arnold, winner of a distribution award at the Cannes Festival. Arnold delivers a fresh, unconventional film with a unique blend of genres, action, dark humor, and a touch of romance. 95 minutes, French, subtitles in Hebrew and English.
